Jobsite Location: Porterville College. Porterville, Ca.
Project Scope: Sealcoat,Patch, Hot Crack Fill and lot mark Front parking lot and drive lanes, totaling 171,000 square feet. The asphalt was needing to be replaced, unfortunately the budget did not allow for this. They needed a solution to protect and maintain there existing lot in order to withstand traffic, weather and general wear and tear.
Procedure: 1 coat of SteelGuard Pavement sealer was applied, which is a high performance asphalt emulsion blended with polymers and special surfactants for superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability. We also installed long lasting hot crack fill, and hot mix asphalt patch. The project was completed on time and within budget.
